Welcome to Roger the Elephant’s Website! These are the rules for playing games and being part of our club.

1. Who Can Join?

Roger’s Club is for children! If you are under 13 years old, please ask your parent or guardian before you sign up or give us any information.

2. Being Kind (The Golden Rule)

We want Roger’s Club to be the happiest place on the internet.

• Be kind to others.

• Do not use mean words or bullying.

• If you see something that makes you sad or uncomfortable, tell a grown-up straight away.

3. Playing Games

Our games are just for fun! We work hard to make sure they work well, but sometimes technology has "elephant moments" and things might crash. That's okay—just refresh the page!

4. Joining the Club

When you sign up for Roger’s Club:

• Pick a cool nickname: Don't use your full real name as your username.

• Keep passwords safe: Don't tell your password to anyone except your parents.

• We look after your data: We only ask for the info we need to let you play. We will never sell your details to anyone else.

5. Roger’s Stuff (Copyright)

All the pictures of Roger, the games, and the stories belong to us. You can look at them and play with them as much as you like on the website, but please don't copy them to sell or put on other websites without asking us first.

6. Safety First

We follow the UK rules for keeping kids safe online. We don't have any scary links or "hidden" costs in our games.

7. Changes to the Rules

Sometimes Roger learns new things and we have to change the rules. If we make big changes, we will put a note on the homepage.

A Note for Parents & Guardians (The Legal Bit)

• Privacy: We comply with the UK GDPR and the ICO Children’s Code. We limit data collection to the absolute minimum required for the "Roger's Club" functionality.

• Supervision: While we strive to create a safe environment, we encourage parents to supervise their children’s internet use.
